The Old Lyme Water Pollution Control Authority held a Special Meeting on Thursday, January 6, 2011 in the second floor conference room of Memorial Town Hall. Those present and voting were: Dimitry Tolchinsky, Chairman, Aimee Eberly, Keith Czarnecki, George James, Roger Breunig and Mervin Roberts. Also present was Ron Rose, Sanitarian, and Susan Bartlett, Recording Secretary.
1. Executive Session – Personnel Matter
A motion was made by Keith Czarnecki, seconded by Mervin Roberts and voted unanimously to go into Executive Session to discuss a personnel matter, inviting Susan Bartlett and Ron Rose to attend.
A motion was made by Mervin Roberts, seconded by George James and voted unanimously to adjourn the Executive Session at 8:01 p.m.
No decisions were made and no votes were taken during the Executive Session.
At 8:01 p.m. Mervin Roberts made a motion to adjourn; seconded by Keith Czarnecki and voted unanimously.
